The septic system installed at the subject location by B and B
Construction was installed per the plan and the allowances
indicating compliance with the State Title V requirements.
The septic design plan as approved by the Yarmouth Health
Department met the requirements of Title V and the Yarmouth
Board of Health Regulatioins. The installation of components and
elevations meets the requirements of the design plan.
This certification shall not act as a guarantee that the system will
operate as designed as such is dependent on the type of use and
what is disposed in the system by the owner.
