Construct a new wastewater pumping station (municipal use P10) and access drive from South
Shore Drive on a vacant Town owned parcel zoned as R--25. The new pump station will be
submersible below ground with a wet well (i.e., deep below ground structure)
that will house submersible pumps and valving in a separate area of the wet
well. A pre -cast building will house the electrical and control equipment as well as -
a stand-by generator. See Cover Letter for detailed Project Description.

The applicant is requesting a waiver from the requirement for a Certified
Site Plan less than 2 years old. Note that the Site Plan submitted includes
existing and proposed grading within the limits of work as well as a number
of coordinates (northings/eastings) for critical features that will be used to
lay out the site and to confirm with as -built locations.
