Special Permit to allow ambulance terminal in Industrial District. 2. Variance to allow: a. reduction in setback from street for parking area from a 20 foot setback to a 10 foot setback. b. reduction in rear building setback from 30 feet to 10 feet. c. reduction in required number of parking -spaces from 20 to 6. As shown on Assessor's Map#82 Lot X16. Members of Board of Appeals present: Donald Henderson, David Oman, Judith Sullivan, Leslie Campbell, Fritz Lindquist. It appearing that notice of said hearing has been given by sending notice thereof to the petitioner and all those owners of property deemed by the Board to be affected thereby and that public notice of such hearing having been given by publication in The Register on November 7, 1485 and November 14, 1985, the hearing was opened and held on the date first above written. The following appeared in favor of the petition: John Kenney, attorney for the petitioner; Andrew Putnam. The following appeared in opposition: None REASON FOR DECISION: On December 12, 1485 the petitioner through his attorney, by letter, requested that they be allowed to withdraw the petition for variance without prejudice. Members of the Board voting: Donald Henderson, David Oman, Judith Sullivan Leslie Campbell, Fritz Lindquist. Unanimous in their decision to allow the Petitioner to withdraw without prejudice.
