Hi Mr. Elliott, this is Peter Anderson, National Electrician for Team Sunshine Construction and I'm calling to discuss
what's going on with 53 Cromwell Drive. I know we sent somebody down there today that was misguided and there
was information and stuff that wasn't relayed properly in our communication. Our end on this whole project has not
been great, but I just wanted to call and touch base with you because we're going to get this figured out. Some
permits were not submitted correctly and whatsoever, but I have some and I just wanted to discuss what we need to
