Given the scope of the renovations and the demolition required for the project, the OKH Chair believes a Certificate of Demolition and a Certificate of Appropriateness are appropriate in this case. I have attached the Certificate of Demolition and the Certificate of Appropriateness. If you can get the forms, supporting documentation, and fees to me by noon on Wednesday (January 24), 1 can get you on the agenda for the next meeting, which is February 12. For both forms, I will complete the abutters' list page, so you can skip that. Please let me know if you have any questions as you complete the forms so we can work through them as needed.
