Good morning, Lisa,
My name is George Joyce. I am the sitting president of the Yarmouth Campground Association (YCGA).
We are a cottage community of 70 families with a rich history of historical cottages dating back to the late
1800's. We pride ourselves on preserving the architect and symmetry of our cottages while allowing families
to update their homes to meet the demands of today's modern times.
We were thrilled when Jonathan Herbert purchased the house at 6 Wellfleet Ave, deciding to reconstruct and
upgrade the home. The Board of Directors of the YCGA voted unanimously approving the plans Jonathan
Herbert presented to us and felt much thought and due diligence was used to create a style that would blend
smoothly into our community.
