This house was originally a half cape built c1840. The left side of the house is a later addition though I have not been able to confirm when built. Please review and let me know if you have any issues with this proposal or if you feel you need to meet in quorum for a vote. The house already has a number of 6 over 1 windows so the addition of others won't stand out. Since there are already similar 9 over 6 windows in the area 1 don't think the new ones in this style will pose a problem either. From my point of view this does not constitute a "substantial" alteration and should not require a meeting or a vote.
