Demolition Request — 15 Shore Road West Yarmouth MA 02673
As you know, the Yarmouth Historical Commission conducted a site visit at this address on March
26, 2013, at10:00 am. A quorum was present, so official Commission business could be
conducted. The members toured the property in question and observed the conditions of the
building. In addition, they had been provided with background/historical information regarding the
structure.
After touring the building, the members discussed the property at length. No historical,
architectural, or cultural significance that would be important to the Town of Yarmouth was found. A
vote was taken, and the Commission unanimously determined that no demolition delay would be
imposed on this property.
You are, therefore, released from any further demolition delay process. You and your client are
free to pursue the demolition and rebuild of this property; no conditions are imposed on the rebuild.
