It is one of only a few old structures on South Street and one which although moved to its sight, is re_presenti.ative of the Greek Revival house throughout the to,.m. The house has a number of original features such as a round teller made of Barnstable brick and lathe plastering HISTORICAL SIGNIFICANCE (explain the role owners played in local or state history and how the building relates to the development of the community) Moved to its site sometime after 1907 the historical significance of this house is not known prior to this time.
