Hi Karen -
I'm feeling better, but still feel a bit off. What about you? You got it bad, huh?
Demo Delay workshop was good. I think Yarmouth's by-law is right on track. I'll fill you in sometime next week.
No official word regarding Scallop RD, but I did run into David Crosbie roaming the halls. He told me that he couldn't give
me any details, but they do have "a few balls up in the air". He eluded that there may be someone in Chatham who may
be interested in parts of the house. I think they are trying real hard to figure this out to avoid a demo delay. I got the
impression that they will not be applying for a demo permit for at least couple of more weeks. I'll contact Julie with an
update and to see if she still wants to meet on Feb 12'''. I'm thinking if there isn't anything urgent to discuss, then we
should hold off. I'll leave that up to her to decide.
Heard that we may be getting more snow. Ugh! It better not interfere with my OKH meeting this Monday!
Take Care,
-Beth
PS: I do believe there is more to Jim's request. I bet you can guess. O

Hi Beth
Hope you're feeling better. I am guessing theres more to his request than he is letting on. I think the clerks records are
likely the best place to look.
On another note - how was the demo delay workshop? Any word from the scallop road folks?
Karen

Hello everyone -
Attorney James Wilson has asked me to do some research regarding the separation of Dennis from the
Town of Yarmouth back in the 1790's. He is interested in seeing the original agreement and any
amendments that may have been added specific to shellfish rights between the two towns. He has
asked the Town Clerk's office to search their files, but he has not yet heard anything. I will be doing
research on my end, but I thought I would touch base with you all, with the hopes that you may have
come across some information regarding this during your years of historical research
This is not an urgent matter, however any direction or information you may have would be greatly
appreciated.
Thank you!
