Overall home was found neat, clean and organized. House number cannot be seen from road and a pipe is leaking in the basement which is causing water to pool. These 2 issues must be addressed immediately before rental certificate can be issued. Update: Spoke to the owner who said she would follow-up and send photos. Update 02/23- Owner has repaired leak and put up a house number. See photos attached. Checklist: 1. A pipe is leaking in the basement which is causing water to pool. Tenant states he just noticed and hadn’t reported it to the owner yet. Please see comments above. Issue has been addressed. 4.
