Overall Result: Pass
Overall Remarks:
Met with tenant of 10+ years for the inspection. Overall home was found neat,
clean and organized. House number cannot be seen from road and a pipe is
leaking in the basement which is causing water to pool. These 2 issues must be
addressed immediately before rental certificate can be issued. Update: Spoke
to the owner who said she would follow-up and send photos. Update 02/23-
Owner has repaired leak and put up a house number. See photos attached.
