House was recently flooded. Estimation was at least 2' of water in 1st Floor. Water height would have been above electrical outlets. Outlets in living room have not worked since flooding. Smell of mildew in kitchen area. Electrical service panel is Federal Pacific. Has numerous open knockouts for breakers. Strongly recommend owner research history of Federal Pacific breakers and have panel evaluated by a Licensed Electrician when covering open knockouts. Checklist: 1. Strongly recommend that owner research issues with Federal Pacific circuit breakers. Have panel evaluated by a Mass. Licensed Electrician. 5. Copy of Tenant's Legal Rights have been issued to tenant.
