LEGAL NOTICE TOWN OF YARMOUTH CONSERVATION COMMISSION The Yarmouth Conservation Commission will conduct public hearings
pursuant to the Massachusetts Wetland Act, M.G.L. Chapter 131, Section 40, and the Town of Yarmouth Wetland Bylaw, Chapter 143, on
March 7, 2024, beginning at 5 p.m. for the following matters: Notice of Intent Kevin Hoyle and Emma Ashley Ranta, 205 South Street
Proposed Raze and Replace of a garage in land subject to coastal storm flowage, and the buffer zones to a coastal bank, BVW, and salt
marsh. John and Georgia Levantakis, 5 Compass Drive, Proposed bulkhead replacement and dredging in land under the ocean, coastal bank,
and land subject to coastal storm flowage. Matthew and Sarah Fitzsimmons, 14 Roads End Proposed seasonal freshwater dock in bordering
vegetated wetland, land under waterbodies, and inland bank. Joseph and Meredith Zona 39 Seth Lane Proposed removal of concrete sea wall,
groin modifications, regrading, and beach nourishment in coastal bank, coastal beach, land under the ocean, flood zone, and riverfront area.
Linda Cook, 98 Driftwood Lane, Proposed coastal stabilization with fiber rolls and replacement and relocation of pilings in land under the
ocean, coastal bank, coastal beach, flood zone, and the buffer zone to a salt marsh. The meeting will be held at Yarmouth Town Hall, 1146
Route 28, South Yarmouth, MA. Specific information for participation by members of the public and/or parties with a right and/or requirement
to attend this meeting can be found within the posted agenda on the town's website at https://www.yarmouth.ma.us/AgendaCenter at least
48 hours in advance of the meeting. The above applications are available for review by address at
