Please pass along the following note to the Zoning Board of Appeals for the 3/28 meeting in support of petition #5098.
We are writing in full support of Neill and Jamie Bohlin to use the barn on their property as a shared office space.
We have owned our property at 353 Main St. Yarmouthport (across the street) since 09/2000 and have never had any
issues with traffic or parking from their property.
We can attest to the fact that the shared office space has little to no impact on the surrounding neighborhood and they
have taken great care to ensure that their operations are conducted in a manner that respects our community.
Neill, Jamie and their business are a great asset to the neighborhood and we fully support them using their property in
this manner.
