Certificate of Trust recorded with the Barnstable Registry of Deeds herewith, and JOAN L.
GILBRETH, as Trustee of the JOAN L. GILBRETH LIVING TRUST, under declaration of
trust dated July 1, 2003, see Certificate of Trust recorded with the Barnstable Registry of Deeds
herewith. Having a mailing address of 358 Route 6A, Yarmouth Port, Massachusetts 02675,
For consideration paid of FIVE HUNDRED EIGHTY-FIVE THOUSAND SEVEN
HUNDRED FIFTY & 00/100 Dollars ($585,750.00),
grant to NEILL H. BOHLIN and JAMEE G. BOHLIN, Husband and Wife as tenants by the
entirety, of 358 Route 6A, Yarmouth Port, Massachusetts 02675,
with QUITCLAIM COVENANTS,
The land with buildings thereon, in Yarmouth (Port), Barnstable County, Massachusetts,
bounded and described as follows:
North 71 degrees 27' 30" West, 123.6 feet by said Highway to land now or formerly of one
Wixon, thence
North 12 degrees 27' 30" East, 214.3 feet by land of said Wixon to a corner, thence
South 74 degrees 12" 00" East, 123.9 feet by land now or formerly of Ivan L. Martin to a corner,
and thence
South 12 degrees 53' 00" West, 227.37 feet by land now or formerly of one Gorham to said State
highway and the point of beginning.
Containing 27,163 feet, more or less.

recited in this deed.

1. I am the sole Trustee of the Joan L. Gilbreth Living Trust;
2. Said trust has not been altered, amended or revoked and is still in full force and effect;
3. All of the beneficiaries of the Joan L. Gilbreth Living Trust are of full age and legal
capacity and none of the beneficiaries is a corporation;
4. I, as Trustee, have been directed by said beneficiaries to transfer the property at 358
Route 6A, Yarmouth Port, Massachusetts 02675 for $585,750.00, the consideration
recited in'this deed.
I, Joan L. Gilbreth, Trustee of the James B. Gilbreth Living Trust and Joan L. Gilbreth, Trustee
of the Joan L. Gilbreth Living Trust, the Grantor named herein do hereby voluntarily release all
my rights of Homestead as set forth in M.G.L. Chapter 188, if any, and there are no other
persons entitled to any such rights.
