BOARD OF HEALTH REGULATIONS.
3. THERE ARE NO KNOWN OR PROPOSED PRIVATE WELLS LOCATED WITHIN 150 FT. OF THE PROPOSED
LEACHING FACILITY.
4. IF AN OVERDIG IS SPECIFIED, REMOVE ALL TOPSOIL, SUBSOIL AND 0111ER UNSUITABLE MATERIALS.
5. IF AN OVERDIG IS SPECIFIED, REPLACE ALL EXCAVATED MATERIALS WITHIN THE LIMIT OF EXCAVATION
WITH CLEAN GRANULAR SAND, FREE FROM ORGANIC MATERIAL AND DELETERIOUS SUBSTANCES.
MIXTURES AND LAYERS OF DIFFERENT CLASSES OF SOIL SHALL NOT BE USED. FILL SHALL NOT
