LEGAL NOTICE TOWN OF YARMOUTH CONSERVATION COMMISSION The Yarmouth Conservation Commission will conduct public hearings
pursuant to the Massachusetts Wetland Act, M.G.L. Chapter 131, Section 40, and the Town of Yarmouth Wetland Bylaw, Chapter 143, on
March 21, 2024, beginning at 5 p.m. for the following matters: Request for Determination of Applicability John Delisio, 15 Bay Road,
Proposed repair of a rock revetment by placing small stones between existing gaps in coastal bank, velocity flood zone, and the buffer zone
to a coastal beach. Request to Amend an Order of Conditions Aleksandr Nemanov, 2 Buttercup Lane, Raze and replace of a single-family
dwelling, proposed amendment to add reconstruction of coastal stairway, addition of bulkhead and window wells, relocation and additional
mitigation. Notice of Intent Ann Childs 154 South Street Proposed reconstruction of an existing pier, platform, ramp and float in land under
the ocean and land containing shellfish. Town of Yarmouth DPW, 125 Seagull Beach Proposed beach raking and management in land subject
to coastal storm flowage, barrier beach- coastal beach, and barrier beach- coastal dune. Town of Yarmouth DPW Follins Pond Road and Gun
Rock Road, Proposed stormwater retrofit of the road and boat ramp with porous pavement and green stormwater infrastructure in coastal
bank, land subject to coastal storm flowage, and the buffer zone to a salt marsh and coastal bank. Town of Yarmouth DPW 99 Buck Island
Road Proposed discharge of highly treated effluent from the water resource recovery facility into recharge basins that may impact bordering
vegetated wetlands, land subject to flooding, and the riverfront area by increasing water levels. The meeting will be held at Yarmouth Town
Hall, 1146 Route 28, South Yarmouth, MA. Specific information for participation by members of the public and/or parties with a right and/or
requirement to attend this meeting can be found within the posted agenda on the town's website at
https://www.yarmouth.ma.us/AgendaCenter at least 48 hours in advance of the meeting. The above applications are available for review by
