BSC Group,Inc.(BSC)visited the site,located at 12 Braddock Street in South Yarmouth on two occasions to observe the
installation of the proposed septic system.Based on our observations,the new septic system,as constructed,is
consistent with the approved plans and complies with Title 5(310 CMR 15.000)and the Town of Yarmouth Board of Health
