I’ve included the DEP form and the plan for the Order of Conditions.
This project was approved only for the planting of Bayberry and the
plants beside the house. The rest of the proposed work was not
approved by the Commission.
I have reviewed the finished work and confirm that it is completed in
compliance with the order.
