Hi Brittany, Overall,I don't have too many concerns about this project as I am generally in support of restoring more natural shorelines.The couple things that have come to mind when looking over the plans and the area are below. 1. Sand brought in and used for nourishment needs to be of an appropriate grain size for the location. 2. Salt marsh should be monitored for burial,though this is unlikely with the groins. 3. Work should be kept outside of the salt marsh when removing the concrete caps and replacing the stone on the groins. 4. The beach grass plantings should maintain proper spacing if moved landward. These are the only concerns I have at the moment,but I will be sure to email you again if I think of anything else that may become an issue.Feel free to let me know if you want to jump on a call to discuss any of these further.
