Should snow, rain, win4 or cold weather coincide with scheduled installation day, the installation will be moved to the rext date available. SOLAR WOLF The Work shall continue on a substantially complete on 01 regular basis except t22t22 for delays beyond the Contractor's control and is anticipated to be Contractor agrees to keep Owrer informed of any delays that may interfere with substantial completion within the estimated poriod set out above. Owner(s) who secure th€ir own coDstructiotr-relsted permlts or derl wlth utrregfutered cotrtrsctors shall be ercluded from access to the Gurratrty Fund proyisiotr of M.G.L. c. 142A. The Owneds) shall obtain and pay for the necessary approvals, easements and/or variances required for tho Project. Said costs arc not iocluded in the total Agreement Price.
