This letter constitutes a formal zoning enforcement order under MGL Ch 40A.

March 5, 2024
The Building Department was called to this address for a car accident that resulted in us finding an accessory apartment at this
address. There has been no record of any approval for this accessory apartment. This is a violation of section 407.2 of the
Town of Yarmouth Zoning Bylaw.

Failure to comply with the Town of Yarmouth Zoning Bylaw is subject to tines and penalties as allowed per section 101.3.

You are hereby ordered to abate and or correct said violations or seek relief from the Zoning Board of Appeals as a]lowed
by MGL Ch 40a §7 & § 15.You are required to respond within 7 days of receiving this letter. You also have the right to
appeal this decision with the Zoning Board of Appeals within 30 days of this letter.
