Please pass along the following note to the Zoning Board of Appeals for the 3/28 meeting in support
of petition #5098.
We live across the street from Neill and Jamie at 361 Main since 2020. We are very supportive of
their shared workspace business and believe it's a valuable add to the community. Covid has brought
a lot of remote working opportunities to the Cape, and their business helps support that part of the
local economy by providing a gorgeous and welcoming space for the community to use. My wife is a
remote worker working with startups and established companies for over a decade and looks forward
to using this space regularly and will be a huge benefit to us personally. It will also be great to meet
other people leveraging the space for both similar and different reasons. Living across the street, we
see zero impact from their business and believe it's run very respectfully and the owners have been
nothing but kind and inviting to us. We fully support the change to the zoning classification for the
address and can't think of a single reason this shouldn't be approved or a single issue it has ever
caused. Anyone who has actually visited the location or has spoken with Neill and Jamie would have
been blown away by their welcoming nature and the beauty of the space. On top of that, the exterior
remains absolutely beautiful, and we wish Neill and Jamie many more successful years with their
business.
