RE: SE83-2032, 154 South Street, South Yarmouth — Certificate of Compliance
Repair Existing Concrete Seawall
To the Conservation Commission,
Attached please find Form 8A and a check in the amount of $75.
The site inspection indicated a need to replant the 5 ft. planted strip along the concrete
seawall. The planted strip had been adversely impacted by storm tides and was left as a
shell surface strip.
The applicant recently planted Am. Beachgrass in the strip. Given the occasional
seawater overtopping the specific area, beach grass may be the most resilient species for
the location.
Based on our site inspection the project warrants favorable consideration for a Certificate
of Compliance.
Please contact me directly with any questions. Thank you for your assistance with this
project.
Sincerely,
Cape Cod En ' eering, Inc.
Robe . Perry
