In accordance with the Order of Conditions “As-Built” plans are being submitted with all final structural locations and their relation to the resource areas noted and any deviation from the original submitted plans identified. The buffer strip of native vegetation has been planted per the approved plan and per the Order of Conditions will be maintained by the Owner in perpetuity. Therefore, on behalf of 17-18 Neptune Lane LLC, we respectfully request a Certificate of Compliance be issued for this project.
