CONSTRUCTION ACCESS SHALL BE PRIMARILY VIA BARGE BY THE RIVER WITH LIMITED ACCESS DIRECTLY THROUGH THE PROPERTY. 6. WHERE NAVIGABLE WATER PERMITS, PILINGS SHALL BE HAMMER DRIVEN. MINIMUM PILING EMBEDMENT DEPTH SHALL BE 12 FT.; 16 FT. BEYOND THE 8 FT. MLW DEPTH. 7. HARDWARE IS RECOMMENDED TO MEET THE AWPA EXPOSURE SPECIFICATION AC257 FOR ANTI -CORROSION PROTECTION. ALL HARDWARE USED FOR CONSTRUCTION SHALL BE OF HOT DIP GALVANIZED STEEL OR EQUAL. 8. ANY JOIST HANGERS USED IN THE FRAME SHALL BE OF STAINLESS STEEL. 9.
