Good morning Lisa, We have elected to install a Mitsubishi AC system into our home. We have thoughtfully designed the system with our contractor (Robies) to minimize and consolidate all the exterior mechanicals to a single location. The only exterior equipment will be on the west side (opposite Summer St.) in between the 2 first floor 2 over 2 windows as depicted. This is the most practical location in terms of installation as well as minimizing equipment and equipment view. It will be obscured by our privet hedge and other mature plantings. We will also add Sufficient tri- colored willows, evergreens and/or beach grasses to further hide the condenser unit. There is no other exterior duct work or mechanical equipment.
