Hi Lisa,
I am requesting a six-month extension of the OKH Historic District Committee -approved Certificate of Appropriateness
(COA) issued for the addition at 7 Duck Pond Road, Yarmouth Port (Yarmouth), MA, which was approved on May 8,
2023. We would like to thank you for your patience as we have been working through the details of our home
renovation. We are in the process of soliciting bids and estimates from builders / general contractors for the renovation
and remodeling project of our house located at said address.
Please let me know if you have questions or need additional to grant this request for a six-month extension for the OKH-
approved COA to November 6, 2024.

Attached please find the OKH-approved COA for the addition at 7 Duck Pond Road. I'm just
sending the approved COA since the rest of the packet is too big to email!
I have copied the Building Department so they are aware you have OKH approval for this
project.
