Property was recently purchased at the end or March 2024. There are 2 properties on the location served by a common 330 GPD septic system and common yard. Both the main house in the front and cottage in the back were found neat, clean and organized. Owners are improving the properties, painting, removing trees etc. Very nice rental! (B) Expandable, temporary screens shall not satisfy the requirements of 105 CMR 410.540(A).
