Dear Building Department,
On April 6, 2024 I inspected the balconies and egress stairways for the Skipper
Restaurant at 152 South Shore Drive in South Yarmouth. The existing framing meets the
requirements of the Massachusetts State Building Code, 780CMR 1003.3.2.
