I drove over there yesterday. It's probably o.k., but given the extent of the work (removing solar panels,
etc.), the change in roofing material, and the question of like -for -like with respect to the front door,
believe this should come before us as a COA.

WAIVER OF 45-DAY DETERMINATION
The applicant applicant's agent understands and agrees that due to the current declared National
and State public health emergencies the determination of our Application for a Certificate of
Appropriateness; -'Demolitions Exemption may not be made within 45 days of the filing of such
application.
The applicant agrees to extend the time frame within which a determination is to be made as
required by the Old King's Highway Regional Historic District Act.
SECTION 9 -Meetings, Hearings, Time for Making Determinations
"As soon as convenient after such public hearing; but in any event within_for•ty-five (45) days
after the filing of'application, or within such further time as the applicant shall allow in ►rrlting,

Permit through OKH for replacement of roof. Coordinate with solar panel contractor for removal and
re -installation of solar panel system. Remove all roofing from the home (one layer included.) Install rubber
membrane rear main slope roofing. Install complete ice and water barrier roof underlayment. Replace all
rake and corner board trims using pvc trim stock, Cortex screws and plugs. Install Certainteed Landmark
architectural asphalt roof shingles to rest of roofing areas. Install new ridge vent. Install left gable cheek wall
copper step flashing and new white cedar siding shingles for left main gable cheek walls around sunroom
porch roof line. Remove front entry door and replace with a ThermaTru Smoothstar Fiberglass 2 lite 6 panel
entry door. Salvage and install old front entry door antique glass panels into the new door slab. Install pvc
exterior door trim and pine interior trim. Install new entry door Schlage plymouth style keyed entry knob and
deadbolt. Install new white Anderson full light storm door with retractable screen. Painting done by other.
Client to select roof color for OKH approval.

Keith C. Gilmore Enterprises is NOT responsible for any damages that may occur during construction to
