Task Items:
Permit through OKH for replacement of roof. Coordinate with solar panel contractor for removal and
re -installation of solar panel system. Remove all roofing from the home (one layer included.) Install rubber
membrane rear main slope roofing. Install complete ice and water barrier roof underlayment. Replace all
rake and corner board trims using pvc trim stock, Cortex screws and plugs. Install Certainteed Landmark
architectural asphalt roof shingles to rest of roofing areas. Install new ridge vent. Install left gable cheek wall
copper step flashing and new white cedar siding shingles for left main gable cheek walls around sunroom
porch roof line. Remove front entry door and replace with a ThermaTru Smoothstar Fiberglass 2 lite 6 panel
entry door. Salvage and install old front entry door antique glass panels into the new door slab. Install pvc
exterior door trim and pine interior trim. Instal I new entry door Schlage plymouth style keyed entry knob and
deadbolt. Install new white Anderson full light storm door with retractable screen. Painting done by other.
Client to select roof color for OKH approval.

unavoidable. We will do our best to schedule work as conveniently as possible.
Owner is responsible for moving all personal objects, furniture, fixtures, and other similar objects from work area.
All items on or against walls should be considered for removal during any exterior and/or siding work to guard
against damage. In the case of any roofing and/or ridge venting, dust and debris should be expected and any items in
the attic should be removed and/or covered. Keith C. Gilmore Enterprises is NOT responsible for any damages if
said items remain in place. In the event of rot repairs, roof repairs, or any related work requiring immediate
attention, we will proceed without customer approval or when appropriate, with verbal authorization.
Curtains, drapes, and window & door treatments may need special removal, reinstallation, or replacement by
customer due to sizing on door and window replacements. This is NOT included in this proposal.
Keith C. Gilmore Enterprises is NOT responsible for any damages that may occur during construction to
escaping or any finish ground work, plantings, asphalt or stone driveway, etc. Flowers and shrubs against house
may need to be repaired or replaced by homeowner.
Any alturation. or deviation from specifications contained in this proposal involving extra costs will be executed only
upon written orders, and will become an extra charge over and above the estimate except as specified above. All
agreements are contingent upon strikes, accidents, and/or delays beyond our control. Owner agrees to carry fire,
tornado, homeowners, liability, and other necessary insurance for the work, and owner's property.
