Conducted inspection with Davenport Property Management and tenant of 7
years. Overall home was found to be in average condition. *Note: Spoke to
tenant about cleaning bathroom fans to improve performance, additionally
spoke to tenant about storing propane tanks next to mechanical (we removed
them for her and brought them outside) Reinspected on 4/17/2024-identified
items have been addressed by Davenport. Still waiting b on contractor for
skylight.

coming from 2nd floor bathroom to 1st floor bedroom- -spoke to the tenant
about cleaning her bathroom fan (the tenant was also reminded of this during
