I am writing to seek your assistance in having the above-referenced property repair the elevator at this
site and make the entire facility available to individuals. I am unable to do stairs,and the elevator has
been broken for over 6 months.
On January 30,2024,I wrote to the President of Planet Fitness and asked that the elevator be repaired
with three weeks,and this has not transpired.
By writing to your office,I am hoping you will contact Planet Fitness and remind them that the
Americans with Disabilities Act requires that all areas of the facility be accessible to all members.
