After meeting with her surveyor and the Building Commissioner, the
applicant, Dawn Karol, has determined that the relief applied for in the above
application will not be needed. As result, we ask that this application be
withdrawn, without prejudice. Because the notice of hearing on this matter has not
yet been published, the withdrawal is a matter of right under General Laws c. 40A
section 16, and the Board need not include it in the future agenda or publications
of notice.
