I forgot to forward this last week in regards to @24 Easy St.lt is all my supplier could get for an
answer about their Square D EZM metering(direct from manufacturer)] just got delivered a meter
bank the other day for another job and it is constructed the same way.Also i was going to have a
plaque made for unit 7 to say:Fire Alarm Control Panel Located Inside Rear Of This Unit and another
to say:Unit Is Powered By 2 Separate Disconnecting Means Located At Right Rear Corner of
Building.Let me know what you think.

Here is the response right from the technical support person at the SQD factory:
The EZM branch devices do not contain separate compartments for the Tenant Breakers. We have not been having any
issues with the EZM for this and it is being sold and installed all over the country. Apparently there was confusion and
misunderstanding on the part of the NEC and UL, so as far as we know, this is not being enforced by code inspectors.
