East Falmouth, MA 02536 RE: Damaged light pole with exposed wiring To Whom it May Concern; On December 28, 2022, I received notification of a downed parking lot light pole with exposed wiring at your property located at 10 East Main Street in West Yarmouth, Map ID 36/96. I subsequently visited the property and found said pole laying on the ground with wiring exposed. I have deemed this as a potential danger to the public I am required to send this letter per 527 CMR 12.00 to you,the owner per the Town of Yarmouth's records. Upon receipt of this letter, please immediately address this issue. If you have any questions,you may contact this office.
