RE: 44 Tee Way Enforcement Order
Dear Ms. DiRienzo and Commissioners,
On behalf of our clients, Xu Junqing and Yu Hong, Wilkinson Ecological Design Inc. (WED) submits this letter
in response to the enforcement order issued by the Yarmouth Conservation Commission on 12/21/2023.
The enforcement order states that a Restoration Plan shall be filed with the issuing authority for the following:
“restoration of the 35 foot buffer zone to the BVW, stabilizing planting above the wall. 4’ wide path to the water
may remain”.
Our clients have taken steps to fully comply with this enforcement order by retaining Wilkinson Ecological Design
to prepare the Restoration Plan and complete the retoration work. See the attached Restoration Plan dated
5/2/2024.
