Request for an extension of time to complete work.
Hi Brittany,
We would like to request an extension to complete the work that is detailed in OOC SE 83-
2252 for 65 Winter St, Yarmouth Port, MA. The current deadline is 6/15/24 and we would
request an additional 60 days to complete the project.
The masons performing the work has fallen behind their original schedule. As a two man
family operation, they do quality work but lack additional manpower to catch up quickly.
The owner's wife recently gave birth to a new daughter and this has slowed progress for the
last 14 days.
Our landscaper has the OOC plant schedule and has conducted an onsite survey. He is
familiar with the plants and requirements of the Conservation Comm. Once the masons
complete their work, the landscaper will be able to complete the job.
