On behalf of my clients, Mark and Darlene Stoever, I am requesting a 3-year extension of the Order of
Conditions for the above referenced project. The order of conditions was issued on 3/11/2021, and was
extended by COVID to approximately June 15, 2024. Since the permit was issued during COVID, the
extension is from the issue date to the end of COVID (6/15/2021) or 96 days. This gets added to the original
expiration date, so the new date is June 15, 2024. The project work is complete. The mitigation plantings still
need more time to be adjusted and allowed to mature.
The owners would like to extend the order for 3 years, to provide the ability to maintain the plantings so that
they can become satisfactorily stabilized. In order to allow as much time as possible to both monitor the
situation and allow time to enhance any existing plantings, we therefore request a three (3) year extension for
the above permit. Attached to this request is a check for the $75 filing fee.
