W. Yarmouth, Ma. (CORNER OF HIGGINS CROWELL RD AND LAVENDER LN) We are residents at 19 Lavender Ln. David Cox and Leslie Johnson (3 houses from 258 Higgins Crowell Rd) RECEIVED MAY 2 12024 YARMOUTH BOARD OF APPEALS We are writing to the zoning board to object to the request of petition 5108 Pearlene Dawkins at 258 Higgins Crowell Rd. who seeks to reverse variance from 2025 to allow F.3 use in residential zone for commercial delivery truck parking. EXISTING CONDITIONS: The existing driving conditions have been extremely hazardous when two large box trucks are backed up back to back on the corner of Lavender Ln. while transferring cargo from one truck to another. Trying to exit our street requires us to go on the opposite side of the road, subjecting ourselves to another vehicle coming around the corner, possibly causing g a head-on collision. We respectfully ask that the variance request change for Peariene Dawkins be denied for a Public Safety concern Sincerely, David Cox and Leslie Johnson
