OUITCLAIM DEED
WINGATE-KIRKLAND LLC, a Massachusetts limited liability company,.having an
address of 18 Woodridge Road,Wayland,Massachusetts 01778 , for consideration paid of Two
Million Three Hundred Thousand and No/100ths Dollars($2,300,000.00)paid,hereby grants to
WINGATE KIRKLAND REAL ESTATE, LLC,a Delaware limited liability company,having an
address of 20 Linnell Lane,Yarmouth Port,Massachusetts 02675,with QUITCLAIM
COVENANTS,the land,with the buildings and improvements thereon,now known as and
numbered 79 White Rock Road,Yarmouth, Massachusetts and further described as follows:
The land at Route 6 and White Rock Road, Yarmouth, Barnstable County,
Massachusetts, being shown as Lots 4A and 29 on a plan entitled "Plan of
Land in Yarmouth, Massachusetts for Joel M. Wolfson, et ux", dated
December 29, 1988, Revised March 7, 1989 by Land Use Technology, Inc.,
and recorded with Barnstable County Registry of Deeds in Plan Book 503,
Page 5 (the"Plan"),together with the right and easement to use the"traveled
way"located on Lot 5A shown on the Plan and shown by broken lines on the
Plan for access to and from Linnell Lane.
Being the same premises conveyed to the grantor by deed of Pearl B.Wolfson dated
September 27,2000,and recorded with the Barnstable County Registry of Deeds in Book 13273
Page 117.
This conveyance is made subject to and with the benefit of such rights,restrictions and
easements of record as may be in force and applicable.
