Massi and Mary C. Massi dated October 21, 1983, and recorded in Book 3903, Page 118, at the Barnstable Registry of Deeds, hereby declare a homestead in said premises under the provisions of Chapter 188, Section 1, of the General Laws of Massachusetts.
