02664, owning and occupying as my principal residence the real estate at 48 Witchwood
Road, South Yarmouth, MA 02664 in Barnstable County, Massachusetts acquired by me
by deed from Frank E. Massi and Mary C. Massi dated October 21, 1983, and recorded
in Book 3903, Page 118, at the Barnstable Registry of Deeds, hereby declare a homestead
in said premises under the provisions of Chapter 188, Section 1, of the General Laws of
Massachusetts.

WESTERLY by Witchwood Road by an are having a radius of 420.60 feet, for a
distance of one hundred (100) feet;
NORTHERLY by Lot 12, as shown on plan hereinafter mentioned, one hundred thirty-
eight and 93/100 (138.93) feet;

Engineers, South Yarmouth, Mass." duly filed with Barnstable County Registry of Deeds
in Plan Book 190, Page 79.
Together with a right of way over the ways shown on the above mentioned plan
for all purposes for which ways are commonly used in the Town of Yarmouth in common
with others lawfully entitled thereto.
Subject to and with the benefit of easements, restrictions, agreements and
reservations of record insofar as the same are in full force and applicable.
