Lamp Post
Granite Lamp Post with light will be located app. 35' from front door adjacent to path to
front door and inside the front property line.
Style: Grey granite with all 4 sides rock faced attached)
Size: 6" x 6" x 7' . Approx 5.5' out of the ground plus lantern
Lantern: Sandwich "onion" light with optic glass. 21" tall. Brass.* See attachment A
Front Porch & Steps: Problem - Current porch is 7' 11' wide and 36" deep. 2 steps lead to porch.
(See Attachment B.) They are 5.5' wide and 11"deep. It is difficult to open screen/storm door when
someone is standing on the porch. Steps are very narrow. Our concern is that guests will fall when
stepping back. Enlarging it slightly and making the steps deeper will solve the safety issue with
minimal impact on the footprint of the porch.
