Temporary irrigation to be used for the first two growing seasons - i.e., drip hose. Mulch to be placed around individual tree/shrub, not entire restoration area. Mitigation/restoration plantings are to be monitored for three years for invasives and plant success. Invasive plants are to be removed by hand in the spring and fall. Failed plantings are to be be replaced to 90% survival. Annual reports are to be submitted to the Conservation Commission by October 15.
