Mitigation/restoration plantings are to be monitored for three years for invasives and plant success.
Invasive plants are to be removed by hand in the spring and fall.
Failed plantings are to be be replaced to 90% survival.
Annual reports are to be submitted to the Conservation Commission by October 15.
The restoration/mitigation areas are be maintained as undisturbed buffers to the resource area, once established.
