Met with owners for the inspection. Home was found very neat, clean and
organized. Very nice rental in Kings Way. Basement was remodeled with
permits since last inspection. 2 Bedrooms have been added to the basement.
See floor plan and permits in BLD-22-3109. Office and Game room is not to be
used as sleeping areas.
