Leasehold has entered into a lease agreement with Palm City Bike Shop for the rental of the former Radio Shack store. In accordance with the terms of the lease between Palm City Bike and Leasehold, Inc., Leasehold consents to the change of use to a bike shop and to the temporary sign which will be mounted over the existing Radio Shack sign.
