We received the violation notice dated 04/04/23 regarding auto sales without approval.
Upon speaking with Tim Sears, I would like to inform you that we have removed all sale
vehicles and the vehicles that may be located on the Town of Yarmouth side of the
property are vehicles to be repaired by the service department. The vehicles to be
serviced are from customers, other dealerships, and J& J Auto used car purchases that
need repair prior to listing them for sale.
We are very appreciative that you are willing to waive the violation and will continue to
