This letter is to update you on the status of Affordable units in Yarmouth for which Housing Assistance acts as
monitoring agent. As monitoring agent, we are responsible for ensuring the ongoing compliance by Affordable
unit owners with the terms of their Affordable Housing Restriction, including requests for refinancing, capital
improvements, and resale.
