Dear Mrs Asimakopoulos:
INGHOUSE has performed the structural review of the egress stairs,fire escapes and balconies/walkways
at the above-referenced property on April 30th, 2024,per request of the management, and as required by
the Massachusetts State Building Code, 780 CMR, 9th Edition, Section 1001.3.2 (as amended for
Massachusetts).
Generally,we find that the exterior egress systems are in adequate structural condition to meet the
requirements for a renewed 5-Year Structural Egress Certification.
